Metformin Dosage means the amount of Metformin consumed at any one time. The dosage for Adults Diabetes Mellitus Type II is 500 mg twice a day. It is to be taken orally along with the morning and evening meal. Extended release is 500 to 2000 mg orally once daily. This is to be consumed together with the evening meal. Maximum daily dose is 2500 mg.

Chicken with Creamy White Wine Sauce

3 chicken breasts 
1 can of chicken or mushroom soup 
 8oz container of sour cream 
1/2 cup white wine 
2 cups mozzarella cheese 
1/2 cup bread crumbs 

Pasta or Rice of your Choice

Par boil Chicken Breast in desired seasonings (garlic, salt, pepper, chicken broth), until chicken is white all the way around. In 9 inch baking dish, mix the Chick/Mush Soup, Sour Cream, White Wine, Corbin Brothers Seasoning and 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese. Place Par Boiled chicken into dish and spoon the mixture over, covering completely. Shake breadcrumbs over top of each piece of chicken, add last cup of Mozzarella Cheese over top.Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until Chicken is cooked all the way through. Serve with your choice of rice or pasta.

Black Bean Soup

1 cup dry black beans
6 cups water
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 pound fully cooked smoked turkey or Polish
sausage, chopped
3 tablespoons dry sherry (optional)
1 dill pickle chopped for garnish 
4 teaspoons sour cream for garnish
Rinse beans. In a large saucepan combine beans and 6 cups water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 1 hour. Drain and rinse beans.

In a large saucepan cook onion, celery and garlic in hot oil until tender. Add beans, chicken broth, coriander and Corbin Brothers Seasoning. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until beans are tender. Stir in sausage. Add sherry if desired.Cook 3 more minutes or until heated through. Place in bowl, garnish with sour cream and dill pickle.

Pot Roast
1 roast (4 to 5 pounds)
2 medium onions, quartered
3 carrots, cut into 2” pieces
5 new/red potatoes
1 cup water
Preheat oven to 350°. Season both sides of roast with Corbin Brothers Seasoning. Place roast in a roasting pan. Cover with onions, carrots and potatoes.Pour water over ingredients. Sprinkle on remaining Corbin Brothers Seasoning.

Cover and bake for 
4 hours. (This can also be made in a crock pot.)

STEP 1    
Minced Garlic
Liquid Smoke (Optional)
Rub ribs with garlic, lightly cover with liquid smoke and sprinkle with Corbin Brothers Seasoning. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 60-75 minutes (Do not boil, as this takes away the flavor)
STEP 2    
BBQ sauce, your flavor choice
6 tablespoons of White Vinegar
More minced Garlic
2 Cloves minced
Liquid Smoke (Optional)
1-2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  Mix all ingredients and generously coat ribs. Keep some extra sauce for later. Cover ribs and refrigerate for 1 hour. Then grill on medium heat using remaining sauce and sprinkling with Corbin Brothers Seasoning as you cook. Grill until browned to your liking.

Or you can skip all this and just sprinkle Corbin Brothers Seasoning on the ribs before grilling. , Either way you will not believe how terrific these ribs are when done.

Grilled Chicken Wings

25 to 50 Wings (both Drummettes and Flappers)
Boil wings in hot water 10-15 minutes. Generously coat all wings and place on grill at medium heat. Turn once and re-coat wings with Corbin Brothers Seasoning. Should take 5-10 minutes per side to brown.

Blackened Chicken Alfredo

2 Boneless Chicken Breast
8 ounces Fettuccini
½ teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Half & Half
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon Ground Pepper

Generously coat chicken breasts with Corbin Brothers Seasoning. Pan fry in skillet on both sides until done. 

In separate skillet, melt butter over low heat (do not brown). Add drained, cooked Fettuccini to butter and stir in Half & Half. 

Remove from heat and add cheese, stir well. Just before serving slice chicken and place over Fettuccini. Then sprinkle with additional cheese, pepper and Corbin Brothers Seasoning.

Not only is Corbin Brothers Seasoning great on alfredo, but is just as impressive on red meat sauces and scampi’s of all kinds.

Steamed Shrimp or Blue Crabs

Pot with a bottom rack
6 pack of beer
(1 to 2 for cooking, the rest for the cook)
White Wine Vinegar
As many shrimp or crab that you can eat
This recipe is also very affective on Snow, King, Dungeness and Stone Crabs and can be used as a Boil, as well.Cover bottom of pot with ¾”-1” of equal measures of Beer, Vinegar and Water (Any remaining Beer is for the Cook). Put one layer of shrimp or crab in pot and coat with 1 tsp. to 1 tbs. of Corbin Brothers Seasoning per crab, or just have fun shaking the jar over the pot. Continue layering and seasoning until pot is full.

Boil until pink or approximately10-15 minutes for shrimp or 20-25 minute for crabs. Immediately remove from heat and serve when ready.
